School District of Philadelphia
Leading a long-term project on 9th Grade On-Track: strategy, data tool development, professional learning, and school visits. Funded by the Neubauer Family Foundation, with Philadelphia Academies Inc, the To&Through Project, and Revolution Impact.
Portland Public Schools
Planning and facilitating a community of practice for 9th Grade teams from city high schools, and working with central office teams on tools and resources for 9th Grade academies and MTSS.
Chicago Public Schools
Led a nine-month project to redesign on-track systems of support for schools: interviews with central office and school staff, a landscape scan of other districts’ structures, and a working group that made the recommendations.
Cristo Rey Network
Examined college access indicators and data tools, making the metrics more aligned, actionable, and usable for students, counselors, and central office leaders.
Braven
Analyzed surveys of higher education institutions and workplace partners so Braven’s leaders and site staff understand how partners see the program.
Wentcher Family Foundation
Worked as part of a team to design and produce a strategic plan for the foundation’s board and executive director.
